36 Roles & Responsibilities Lead as charge nurse, coordinating resident care and making a real impact Administer medications safely and accurately Perform wound care and treatments with compassion Provide skilled nursing to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia Collaborate with the on-call physician and interdisciplinary team Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents Qualifications Active RN license (compact accepted) BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of LTC experience Experience with MatrixCare EMR Ability to act as charge nurse and pass medications Knowledge & Skills Medication administration expertise Wound care and treatment knowledge Charge nurse leadership skills Familiarity with long-term care regulations Strong communication and teamwork Compassionate care for residents with chronic conditions Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision coverage Housing stipend Travel reimbursement Referral bonus program Guaranteed 36 hours per week A supportive team that values YOU Why Apply?
