Job Summary Western Horizon Living Center is seeking a dedicated RN for a hybrid Infection Control and Staff Education role at our 40-bed skilled nursing facility, with flexible part-time to full-time scheduling available. Key Responsibilities Lead the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program, including surveillance, policy development, and outbreak response Monitor infection control practices facility-wide (hand hygiene, PPE, isolation precautions, environmental cleaning) Coordinate clinical education, onboarding, and competency validation for nursing staff and CNAs Develop annual education plans and required regulatory training Support antibiotic stewardship and employee health complianc Current RN license in North Dakota (or license-eligible) 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably long-term or post-acute care Infection control or staff education experience preferred West River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
