Job Summary Responsible for implementing and supporting WRHS clinical applications across departments, serving as the day-to-day contact for end-users during implementation and ongoing maintenance. Key Responsibilities Support implementation and operation of clinical modules Serve as the point of contact for end-users; train staff on clinical applications Test software updates and maintain system security through role-based access Document and track issues and enhancement requests Current RN or LPN license in North Dakota 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience Experience with EHR systems, or a comparable EHR platform ( Meditech or Epic) Clinical informatics/health IT experience preferred Normal working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM West River Health Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
