Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and compassionate patient care in accordance with facility policies Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state license Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current BLS certification required Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced healthcare environments Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area

Preferred Skills:
