Job Description

Where You'll Work CHI Lisbon Health is a 20 bed Critical Access Hospital with a 24 hour Emergency Level V Trauma Center. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will help patients receive compassionate, high-quality healthcare so they can achieve well-being and recovery. Every day you will deliver individualized, comprehensive care. You will be expected to make critical assessments, perform skilled procedures, and meticulously implement patient care plans. To be successful in this role, you must possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process within hospital policies. Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify patient outcomes and complete holistic assessments. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans, including physician and nursing orders. Acquire and maintain current knowledge in nursing practice through ongoing education and participate in mentorship. Delegate appropriate tasks to Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) and monitor quality of care. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team, fostering a positive environment.
Job Requirements Required:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Active North Dakota (ND) Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Dakota Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Willing to obtain
PALS/ACLS/TNCC
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) ER experience
