Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in New Salem, North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have solid LTC experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to provide compassionate, safe, and efficient care in a skilled nursing environment. Preferred Experience:

Previous work experience in North Dakota Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable to North Dakota. Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is required. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar post-acute care setting preferred. Previous healthcare experience in North Dakota preferred. Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient-care skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Must be available for the assigned 2:00 PM-11:00 PM schedule. Must be willing to work every other weekend . Must meet all applicable credentialing, compliance, and onboarding requirements. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans. Perform nursing assessments and monitor residents' health status. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor vital signs and identify changes in residents' conditions. Report significant changes in condition to physicians and other appropriate healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans as appropriate. Communicate effectively with residents, families, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team. Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and safety. Follow infection-control procedures and established nursing standards. Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents' conditions. Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team activities. Maintain resident confidentiality and protect privacy. Perform other duties within the RN scope of practice as assigned.

Pay:

$1,900.00 - $2,100.00 per week
