FULL-TIME
Clinic Nurse to join our rural health clinic. This position is a great fit for a nurse who: enjoys variety and values patient relationships wants to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community is a meticulous organizer and highly attentive to detail Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a clinic setting, including triage, assessments, and vital signs Assist assigned provider with exams, procedures, treatments, patient follow up and schedule management Administer medications and injections per provider orders Perform wound care, foot care, immunizations, and patient education Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-up with patients and external services Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record Support daily clinic operations and collaborate with the healthcare team Schedule & Position details This nurse will have a 36-40-hour/week schedule, Monday-Friday during clinic hours, in our Northwood clinic.We offer:
Base pay starting at $22.38. Candidates with prior relevant experience may be eligible for a higher starting wage.
