Full-time MedSurg/ER Registered Nurse delivers patient-centered care in medical-surgical and emergency settings, ensuring quality treatment and safety in a rural community hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska or compact state eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) required
