Key Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions safely and accurately
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and medication aides
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
Respond to resident concerns and medical needs with professionalism and compassion
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and exceptional customer service
Assist with care planning and resident-centered care initiatives Qualifications Current active Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
