What You'll Do As an Environmental Services Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to positively interact with residents, families, guests, and fellow team members every day.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining resident rooms and common areas to the highest cleanliness standards Promoting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Providing friendly and professional customer service Supporting infection prevention and safety practices Contributing to a positive resident experience through attention to detail and compassionate service What We're Looking For Successful candidates are dependable, caring, and committed to excellence. Previous housekeeping, environmental services, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for individuals who: Demonstrate strong attention to detail Enjoy serving and helping others Maintain a positive attitude Exhibit integrity and professionalism Work well independently and as part of a team No experience? No problem! We're happy to train the right person and provide the support needed for success.
