1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position at a rural community hospital in Nebraska, requiring a valid NE or Compact RN license and at least one year of nursing experience. Details Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a rural community hospital setting Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 13-week contract Requirements Active NE or Compact RN license currently in hand Minimum 1 year of full-time RN experience required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program Required certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, and NIHSS Stroke Scale TNCC certification required (must be obtained within first two years if not already held) ACLS preferred Valid Driver's License required EHR experience preferred Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information Rural healthcare experience is preferred All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at the time of consideration
