Administers medications, notes patient condition changes in charts, records vital signs, and provides basic care according to the treatment plan. Administers routine services in caring for selected sub-acute, convalescent, and chronic patients, and assists other medical staff in care of the more acutely ill and injured persons in a hospital settingREQUIREMENTS
