Join our healthcare partner's Med Surg unit, where you'll care for a diverse patient population, including older teens and adults with a range of diagnoses such as pneumonia, UTI, dehydration, and more. You'll be part of a supportive team with a focus on providing exceptional care and maintaining a positive work environment. Provide direct patient care in a 38-bed Med Surg unit Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6, with the ability to handle a 1:6 ratio Administer and titrate drips such as Heparin, Bumex, and Lasix Collaborate with a 24/7 nursing supervisor and charge nurses Utilize EPIC for documentation Participate in bedside shift reports and proactive patient rounding Float to IMCU for Med Surg assignments as needed Comply with dress code: Navy Blue scrubs

Requirements:

BLS (AHA or ARC) and CPI certifications 1 year of Med Surg experience Experience with EPIC documentation Ability to work 3x12 hour day shifts
