Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct 1:1 nursing care to a pre-school-aged student with a trach and additional health concerns Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and family to support student safety and well-being Monitor and document the students condition and respond effectively to health needs during school hours Communicate changes or concerns promptly and professionally
