Position:
LNA/T-LNA
Location:
Claremont, NH Shift Time:

Varied 7a-11pm/Must be available for any shift as needed/48 hours guaranteed/Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities Provide basic patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize EMR and EHR systems to document patient information and care plans. Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings, including long-term care and assisted living facilities. Support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring memory care, ensuring a compassionate approach to their needs. Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent experience as an LNA

•required Active New Hampshire LNA license (must be in-hand at time of submission) BLS (AHA) certification

•required Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available)

COVID-19

vaccination required; exemptions are not accepted Ability and willingness to float between units All requested time off must be disclosed at submission and may not exceed 5 days Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted) Previous travel experience
