At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Registered Nurse to join our team as an OR circulator. The specific patient population may include infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The RN demonstrates the care skills delineated in their specific unit nurse competency verification tool. The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse is Incorporates appropriate assessment and intervention skills in all interactions and delivery of nursing care. Safety and protection; assessment; intervention skills; evaluation; and equipment use/management. Communicates with patients, team members, and management in an accurate, timely manner. Talks with, listens to patients/team members; reports pertinent, concise information; complete, timely charting; computer charting/ordering; protects the confidentiality of patient/colleagues Applies critical thinking skills and considers alternatives. Organizes a multitasking workload; prioritizes tasks/work; seeks assistance; collects/integrates data from multiple sources; organizes/delivers care for multiple patient assignments. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Valid RN License in the state of New Hampshire Graduate of an accredited school of

Nursing:

minimum BSN preferred. Current BLS and ACLS Minimum of 3 years working as an OR Circulator or will send to Periop 101 for the right candidate.
