Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Trainer Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Looking for a nursing career where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a healthy work-life balance? Northern Human Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Trainer covering the Carroll County area. In this unique role, you'll help support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs by training caregivers, promoting safe medication administration, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. What You'll Do Teach the state-approved Healthcare Coordination and Administration of Medication curriculum to home care providers. Observe and certify authorized providers in the safe administration of medications in accordance with New Hampshire regulations. Partner with individuals served, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team during quarterly meetings and annual service planning. Provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality healthcare coordination for the people we serve. We're Looking For Someone Who Has A current Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 2 years of RN experience within the past 5 years. Excellent communication and teaching skills. A passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Willingness to travel locally throughout the service area.
