1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Psychiatric RN for a pediatric/adolescent psych facility requiring prior pediatric psych experience and phlebotomy skills. Details Pediatric/adolescent psychiatric and residential treatment facility setting Weekend shift schedule, 7A - 7P only Performs administration of medication and medical treatment for residents Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary treatment team on comprehensive treatment planning Utilizes the nursing process in daily practice under direction of the Nurse Manager Requirements Active RN license (NH or Compact) required BLS certification required CPI certification required Previous pediatric psychiatric nursing experience required Phlebotomy experience required, including performing blood draws on pediatric/adolescent patients Additional Information Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be considered Local candidates are not eligible for this position Upholds the vision and mission of the agency by applying the Practice Model theories, beliefs, and principles in daily practice
