You'll guide daily workflows, mentor and develop a staff of approximately 15, and partner closely with the RHC Director to drive initiatives forward, all while staying hands-on clinically. Compensation & Benefits Up to $54/hr based on experience Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week 8-hour days Responsibilities Guide daily clinical workflows across the clinic network Mentor and develop a clinical staff of approximately 15 employees Partner with the RHC Director on operational initiatives Provide hands-on clinical care including triage, medication refills, and prior authorizations Requirements Graduate of an accredited RN program Active or eligible NH RN license BLS certification within 12 months 5+ years of supervisory experience required Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of nursing experience Why Woodsville, NH?
