As a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Your expertise will help maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Coordinate and deliver patient care with a focus on adult-geriatric populations Participate in patient and family education Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation Float to different units as needed, including Kingsbury Manage cardiac drips and dementia care effectively Adhere to dress code with professional scrubs

Requirements:

Need 2 years experience in setting New Hampshire RN license or Compact License Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications Active NIH Stroke Certification Cardiac drip and dementia management experience required Epic EMR experience required Must have own vehicle due to lack of public transport
