Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care during night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced RNs with strong leadership, clinical, and team-management skills. The RN Supervisor will provide guidance to nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with facility policies and standards. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care. Monitor patients' conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and the healthcare team. Assess patients, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Coordinate patient care, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and ongoing clinical needs. Monitor vital signs, review clinical documentation, and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented. Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and assist with addressing patient and family concerns. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection-control standards, and facility policies. Requirements Current and active New Hampshire RN license required. Current BLS certification required. Candidates with 1+ year of RN experience are welcome.
