Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will work closely with residents, families, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health status and report changes promptly. Perform assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals. Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures as needed. Communicate effectively with residents and their families. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
Requirements:
Active RN license . BLS certification required. COVID card (Medical/Religious exemptions are accepted) Previous LTC experience required. Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
