What Were Looking For:

Current RN license, valid in New Hampshire School nursing experience preferred or experience providing care to children/adolescents Ability to provide individualized care for a high school student during the school day and on school transport Exceptional communication skills and capacity for professional collaboration with school staff, providers, and families CPR and first aid certification Reliable and flexible, able to work Monday through Friday, about 3537.5 hours per week

Role Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 care for the assigned high school student throughout the academic day Administer medications, monitor the students health status, and respond promptly to any medical needs Maintain accurate documentation of care and coordinate with educational and healthcare teams as required Support the students well-being and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment Accompany the student on transportation to and from school This role allows you to build a meaningful connection with a student while using your clinical skills in a structured, supportive school setting.
