In this position, you'll provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care, accompanying a male high school student both during the school day and on their daily transportation to and from school. Qualifications:

Active RN license in New Hampshire (or eligible to obtain) Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Attention to confidentiality and sensitivity in supporting student needs CPR/BLS certification required

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the students medical needs throughout the school day and during transport Implement health care plans and physician orders as directed Administer medications and provide clinical interventions when necessary Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided Collaborate with educators, parents, and medical professionals to optimize the students safety and well-being Offer emotional support and advocacy for the students unique needs
