The Elms Center, Milford, NH Salary:
Up to $57 per hour , based on shift and experience and employment type Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) Open Shifts; Evening Shift 3:00 P.M•11:00 P.M Monday•Friday, with On Call once a week and every 5th weekend The Elms Center in Milford, NH, is under new ownership , and we're seeking passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional team! Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document resident progress and condition changes Support residents with daily living needs and emotional care Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications:
