Flexible Requirements:
Current VT or compact multi-state RN License, BLS, ACLS required. Minimum 3 years ER RN experience required. TNCC preferred. Responsibilities Provide direct emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, rural Emergency Department while ensuring safe and effective treatment. Assess patients and evaluate outcomes , identifying changes in condition and adjusting the nursing care plan as needed. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate medical and nursing management of patient care. Prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively in a busy 9-bed Emergency Department, maintaining quality care under pressure. Respond proactively to emergency situations and support the ED team in delivering timely, patient-centered care in a critical access hospital environment.
