Job Description

Permanent Clinical Nurse (RN)
  • Clinic We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting.
The RN will work under clinical leadership and apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while practicing within the applicable state scope of practice. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient/family health assessments in person and by phone. Perform nursing assessments, develop interventions, and evaluate patient responses. Administer medications and perform various treatments and procedures. Recognize changes in patient conditions and take appropriate action. Accurately document assessments, interventions, instructions, and patient responses. Provide patient and family education and health counseling. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments. Serve as a nursing resource and appropriately delegate duties. Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient needs. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote positive patient outcomes. Requirements Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
  • Required Practice/clinic setting experience
  • Highly Preferred Current AHA BLS certification
  • Required New Hampshire RN license
  • Required (pending license may be considered) Compact RN license accepted.
Pay:
$36.27
  • $50.
92 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
