Key Qualifications:
Valid, unencumbered RN license Current
BLS/ACLS
certification Minimum of 1 year recent OR experience Proficient with circulating and scrubbing techniques Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced surgical settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Monitor patients' vital signs and assist surgical teams as needed Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals Document all relevant patient care and surgical details accurately
