RN - Float PoolPosition SummaryWe are seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality patient care across multiple units and clinical settings. The RN will adapt to different patient populations, workflows, and care needs while supporting staffing and patient-care requirements.

Responsibilities Provide nursing care across assigned units based on patient and staffing needs. Assess patients and develop appropriate nursing care plans. Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition. Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and escalate concerns. Assist with procedures and patient-care activities within scope of practice. Educate patients and families on treatments and care plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow infection control, safety, and patient-care standards. Adapt effectively to different units, patient populations, and clinical workflows.

Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Previous acute-care or hospital nursing experience preferred. Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and patient-care settings. BLS certification; ACLS or other certifications as applicable.
