What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care to IMCU / Medical Surgical patients during night shifts Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly Document patient care activities accurately Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions Comply with all hospital policies, safety standards, and protocols

What You Need:

Valid RN license (state or compact) Minimum of 1-2 years relevant inpatient experience Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Ability to work independently during night shifts Own reliable transportation (public transit not available) Ability to pass required medical and compliance screenings About the
