09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Ocean County, NJ . Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with a range of pulmonary conditions, and we're looking for a skilled provider who shares our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, chest X-rays, and lab work Manage ongoing care for chronic respiratory diseases, including COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care Provide follow-up care and make necessary referrals to specialists Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and board certification as a Nurse Practitioner Active NJ state NP license Experience in pulmonary medicine or a related field preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner BLS and ACLS certification required
