Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a versatile, tech-fluent Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our rapidly scaling organization at CorAeon. In this agile role, you will deliver premium, concierge-level clinical care—including advanced therapies and metabolic testing—while managing digital patient inquiries, global logistics, and vendor portals. Our ideal candidate is a highly professional, tech-savvy brand ambassador who thrives under pressure and easily navigates fast-changing workflows. Clinical Administration & Patient Care Therapy Administration:
Safely administer in-office testing and treatments, including IV Therapy, Emsculpt, Exomind/Emscult
NEO, PNOE
metabolic testing, VENDYS testing, InBody and STYKU.
Care Coordination:
Act as a clinical point of contact, ensuring patients feel consistently supported and prioritized throughout their healthcare journey.
Logistics:
Coordinate complex diagnostic testing and care logistics for out-of-state and international patients.
Digital Operations & Communication Scheduling:
Coordinate personal per diem availability and manage patient bookings directly.
Inquiry Management:
Triage and address incoming patient inquiries across multiple streams, including phone/text, Athena Patient Portal, and direct emails.
Platform Provisioning:
Provision, build, and maintain various vendor and laboratory portals to optimize test ordering and clinical analytics.
Administrative Cross-Collaboration:
Route urgent clinical issues, coordinate throughout the day via text with administrative staff, update internal tracking systems, and assist with scheduling appointments.
Workspace Management:
Manage Google Workspace accounts to guarantee secure, reliable internal and external communication. Experience Proven nursing experience in diverse clinical environments. Familiarity with Athenahealth. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in geriatrics including memory care and dementia care settings. Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) and CPT coding for accurate medical recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
Current, active RN license in the state of New Jersey. Experience in functional medicine, integrative cardiology, or a concierge healthcare setting is highly preferred.
Strong digital literacy:
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Calendly, Athena EMR, and various digital health tracking platforms. Exceptional communication skills—both in-person and over digital channels. High adaptability and a proactive approach to solving logistical and clinical challenges.
