Short Description This role will work in the Center for Healing facilitating care and patient flow for infectious disease, wound care, and harm reduction programs. The role supports, educates, and assists patients and their families, serving as a link to their doctors and supportive services. This position's role is key in the implementation of multi-disciplinary care and may support other grant activities as required.
