  • $140,000 per year We're looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, compassionate, patient‑focused care.

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and self‑sufficient Nurse Practitioner to support home‑bound patients throughout Northern New Jersey. This role is hands‑on, relationship‑focused, and allows you to provide consistent, high‑quality care directly where patients need it most. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the primary provider for 5-6 home‑bound patients per day, delivering high‑quality care in the comfort of their homes: Perform assessments, vitals, and physical exams Diagnose health conditions and illnesses Prescribe and manage medications Maintain accurate clinical notes and visit schedules Build trust and provide guidance to patients and families Educate on conditions, prevention, and overall health habits Promote patient-centered, compassionate care What You Need Active New Jersey NP license DEA license Malpractice coverage Strong communication skills and professionalism Ability to work independently Proven NP experience in primary care, ER, clinic, or nursing home settings Salary $130,000
