The RN works collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient, and effective delivery of care in the Cardiovascular Laboratory. This position requires advanced clinical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellence in patient outcomes. Provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular procedures. Address the physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients in the procedural environment. Monitor and record hemodynamic and physiologic data, responding promptly to changes in patient condition. Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, and angioplasties. Prepare, assess, and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for each case. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory and hospital standards. Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance activities to enhance patient safety and departmental operations. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Active state Registered Nursing (RN) License; required. Current
BCLS, ACLS
certificate upon hire required. One (1) year clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab doing cardiac work required. Pay Transparency Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $52.92 to $68.65. This compensation estimate is specific to New Jersey and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
