Requirements and Skills:

Valid NJ School Nursing RN licensure (current) Prior experience in a school nursing environment Confidence in supporting the unique needs of students district-wide Ability to manage health services across entire school buildings Reliable transportation and proximity for commuting purposes Willingness to complete onboarding requirements (TB test, physical, and fingerprinting for both agency and district) Only RN candidates will be considered; LPNs do not meet criteria

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily school health services and care management Respond effectively to student medical needs and emergencies Oversee and monitor health protocols within assigned buildings Communicate proactively with staff, students, and families regarding health concerns Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with district policies
