To ensure quality and safe delivery of home care services , is delivered within the guidelines of ANA Standards of Care and the policies of the agency. 2.Demonstrates sound judgement and clinical knowledge in planning and decision making. 3.Evaluates and supervise staff and caregivers. 4.Maintains confidentiality of client assessment and records. 5.Assists the hiring process, interview, orientation ,competency and evaluation. 6.Coordinates in-service training. 7.Utilizes time effectively , maintaining a consistent level productivity. 8.Respects the rights, privacy and property of others at all times. 9.Assumes assigned responsibility for agency operations in the absence of the Administrator. 10.Monitor the clinical status of all cleints.
