Key Responsibilities Client Care & Treatment Delivery Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine aesthetic needs and goals. Perform non-invasive aesthetic services (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation) in alignment with company protocols and safety standards Build rapport and provide consultative care tailored to each client's goals and concerns Educate clients on treatment options, pre- and post-care guidelines, and skincare routines Evaluate client suitability and provide same-day services when appropriate Document services and outcomes accurately in electronic records Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records for all patient interactions and treatments. Teamwork & Operations Collaborate with front desk, Practice Manager, and Estheticians as needed to ensure smooth, elevated client experiences Maintain pristine treatment rooms and uphold sanitation standards Stay updated on industry innovations and enhance your expertise through ongoing education Support business goals through client retention, education, and service upselling

Qualifications Required:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in NJ, in good standing 2+ years experience as a Nurse administering aesthetic injectables (tox, filler, etc.) in an aesthetic or related healthcare setting. Must have prior hands-on training and demonstrable experience performing aesthetic treatments and procedures (e.g., injectables, lasers, skin rejuvenation technologies). Sales acumen and a client-first mindset Experience with laser technologies and cosmetic injectables Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with educating clients on skincare and service options Tech-savvy; familiar with EMRs, email/text communication, and scheduling systems Team-oriented with a professional, friendly demeanor Who You Are Passionate about aesthetics, results, and client care Patient, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented Naturally warm and empathetic with excellent listening skills Organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Excited to grow with a new brand rooted in transparency, innovation, and trust Compensation & Benefits Starting $43-$47 Hourly Rate range (depending on experience) with commission on services + client tips (Opportunity for employees to become eligible for a rate review and potential increase after completing 400 hours of active service, contingent upon performance.) Medspa Schedule Clinic Hours:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (10:00 AM-6:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM-5:00 PM) (Closed Sun and Mon) We're seeking a reliable team member for 1-2 shifts a week (ideally Wed-Friday), scheduled based on spa needs. A great opportunity to earn extra income in a relaxing, professional environment
