Part-Time Registered Nurse — Aesthetic & Weight Management Injector Skinny Spa | Central New Jersey Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling About Us Skinny Spa is a growing med spa specializing in medically supervised GLP-1 weight management programs and aesthetic treatments. We combine clinical excellence with a warm, patient-centered experience, and we're looking for a skilled nurse injector to grow with us. Position Summary We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to administer GLP-1 injections (semaglutide, tirzepatide) for our weight management patients and perform neurotoxin (Botox) and dermal filler treatments, all under the supervision and delegation of our medical director in accordance with New Jersey scope of practice requirements. The ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented injector who is equally comfortable with clinical documentation, patient education, and the technology that keeps a modern practice running. Key Responsibilities Administer subcutaneous GLP-1 injections and provide patient education on dosing schedules, titration, side effect management, and injection technique for at-home administration Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections consistent with training, competency, and physician-delegated protocols Conduct patient assessments, review medical histories, and screen for contraindications prior to treatment Document all treatments, assessments, and patient communications accurately and promptly in accordance with clinical and legal standards Recognize and respond to adverse reactions; escalate to the supervising physician per protocol Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA privacy and security requirements in all patient interactions, records handling, and communications Practice within the boundaries of the New Jersey Nurse Practice Act and applicable Board of Nursing regulations at all times Manage scheduling, patient follow-ups, and clinical documentation using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) Maintain inventory awareness for injectables, including proper storage, handling, and reconstitution of products Support a welcoming, professional patient experience from consultation through follow-up Required Qualifications Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey Minimum 1-2 years of experience administering injections in a clinical setting Hands-on experience with neurotoxin and dermal filler administration (or completion of an accredited aesthetic injector training program with supervised clinical hours) Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and demonstrated commitment to patient privacy Solid understanding of the New Jersey Nurse Practice Act, including delegation and supervision requirements for aesthetic and medication administration procedures Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) Current BLS/CPR certification Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) and weight management patient populations Prior med spa or aesthetic practice experience Familiarity with EMR/practice management software ACLS certification Schedule & Compensation Part-time, with flexible scheduling (weekday and/or select weekend hours) Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience; per-treatment or commission incentives available for aesthetic services Opportunity for growth as the practice expands To Apply Please submit your resume, a copy of your current NJ RN license, and a brief summary of your injection experience (including any aesthetic training certifications).
