•Hamilton is looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a per diem/PRN basis. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for an experienced RN, including a retired or semi-retired nurse with an active NJ RN license , looking for meaningful supplemental work without a set weekly schedule.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial in-home client assessments Develop and update client plans of care Complete periodic supervisory/reassessment visits Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and agency management Assist with occasional caregiver orientation and quarterly training Complete required nursing documentation and quality-assurance activities
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted New Jersey RN license Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience working with seniors preferred Home care, home health, geriatrics, rehabilitation, long-term care, or case management experience preferred Assessment and care-plan experience strongly preferred Dependable, organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently Flexibility to complete client assessments as needs arise Schedule & Compensation This is a per diem position with no guaranteed weekly hours . Assignments are offered based on client needs and RN availability. Compensation may be hourly or per visit depending on the assignment, including client assessments, supervisory visits, care-plan reviews, and occasional training.
