1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR RN with acute care OR experience and an active NJ or Compact RN license for a 13-week travel assignment. Details CVOR unit performing adult open heart and general cases when no hearts are scheduled Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Every other weekend (Sat/Sun) required On-call twice a week and every third weekend Floating to general OR required Uses EPIC charting system Requirements Active NJ or Compact RN license required BLS certification required, ACLS preferred Minimum 1.5 years of current acute care OR experience required Must be able to circulate; scrub experience preferred but not required Additional Information Must work or be on call for 2 of 3 holidays per unit requirements Scrubs provided First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates accepted at the same rate Former RWJBH staff (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the health system for at least 1 year before returning for a travel assignment
