Coach & Supervise Orient caregivers to each Care Plan, perform field competency checks, and ensure ongoing compliance. Monitor & Document Track vitals, condition changes, and interventions in our HIPAA-secure EMR; escalate concerns promptly. Collaborate & Advocate Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and schedulers to keep care seamless and client-centered. Quality & Compliance Maintain audit-ready client files, collect initial service payments, and uphold state home-care regulations. What You'll Bring Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in {{ job.state }} Bachelor's in Nursing or related human-services field

  • OR•2+ years' geriatric/home-care experience Solid clinical assessment skills and a passion for problem-solving CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver's license Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field staff Ready to Elevate Home Care?
