Split your time between two nearby office-based procedure locations and play a vital role in patient safety, advocacy, and care coordination before, during, and after procedures.

What You'll Do:

Provide nursing care across pre-op, procedural, and PACU phases Serve as OR Circulator, ensuring patient safety and advocacy throughout each case Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies for cleanliness and sterility Perform pre-operative assessments, including IV insertion, vitals, medication administration, and history documentation Monitor patients during procedures alongside physicians, anesthesia, and procedural staff Accurately document procedural events in the practice's EMR system Deliver post-procedure monitoring, patient education, and discharge instructions Communicate with family members regarding patient status as appropriate Maintain infection control compliance and procedure room readiness Support a growing, community-focused clinical team

What You'll Bring:

Active NJ RN license required Minimum 2 years of experience in an OR, procedure room, ambulatory surgery center, or similar setting Experience in ortho, pain management, spine, or plastics preferred Comfort with scrubbing, circulating, pre-op, and PACU responsibilities Willingness to float between two nearby office locations (about 20 minutes apart)
