More about our team Our rehabilitation nursing team provides patient-centered care focused on recovery and independence. How you'll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient Performs timely and accurate QI assessments Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities. What we're looking for Applicants should have an active New Jersey RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins. Graduate of a professional nursing program (AND, BSN or Diploma).

Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation-focused mindset More About Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute Atlantic Rehabilitation Institute is a state-of-the-art, 38-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence and return to the lives they love following an injury or illness.
