Block Schedule | No Call | October Start We are hiring an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an exciting locum opportunity with an established hospital program in Northern New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for an APP looking for predictable block scheduling without a full-time commitment.
Opportunity Highlights:
October-December 2026
Inpatient Cardiology Consult Service
Friday-Monday coverage blocks
Only 2-3 blocks per month
No call
Approximately 12-24 patients
Epic EMR
Additional December & holiday shifts available
Competitive locum compensation
Paid malpractice coverage
Typical Block:
Friday:

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Cardiology NP or PA
Strong inpatient cardiology background
Comfortable practicing independently
NJ Licensed or able to obtain
