Registered Nurse As a Registered Nurse with Complete Care at Barn Hill, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitoring patient progress, identifying potential complications, and adjusting care plans as needed Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment Responsibilities as an
