Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey Prior experience in a school setting is preferred Confident in providing 1:1 care for students with complex medical needs Experience with G-tube feedings Comfortable bus riding alongside the student for transportation needs Strong communication and organizational skills Must be available for in-person assignments; no virtual options

Responsibilities:

Deliver attentive 1:1 care for a medically fragile student during school hours and bus transportation Manage G-tube feeding, medication administration, and emergency care as needed Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and individualized education plans Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to maintain best practices Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of the student's health status and interventions Assist in providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment

Assignment Details:

In-person only (no telehealth or remote options) Contract assignment covering from October 1, 2026, through October 10, 2026
