Role:
Wellness Nurse (RN) responsible for overseeing resident health, ensuring high-quality and compliant care, and supporting clinical systems in a senior living environment.Key Duties:
Conduct resident assessments, monitor health trends, oversee medication programs, coordinate care with families and physicians, support infection control and regulatory compliance, lead clinical training, and drive quality improvements.Qualifications & Skills:
Active RN license, experience in assisted living, hospital, or long-term care, strong clinical judgment, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.Additional Information:
