Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders, adhering to the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom relief through medication administration Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment, documentation, and regulatory adherence skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred This role is vital in promoting resident safety, early health change detection, and delivering safe, accurate care with clinical precision.
