up to $66 /hour on 1099 (based on experience) Up to $59/hour on W2 (based on experience)

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Night Shift & 7 AM to & PM | Day Shift available

Up to 1 Year We are seeking an experienced LTAC Registered Nurse for a per diem day & night-shift opportunity in Passaic NJ. This role is ideal for an RN with strong critical-care skills and recent experience caring for medically complex patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, patient-centered care using the Nursing Process. Perform comprehensive assessments and demonstrate strong clinical judgment. Care for patients requiring critical care, ventilator, and tracheostomy management. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Delegate and supervise patient care according to staff competency and experience. Maintain clinical competencies and follow hospital policies and the NJ Nurse Practice Act.

Required Qualifications:

Active New Jersey RN or Multistate RN License — must be included with resume. Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC experience in a hospital setting . Critical care experience required. Strong ventilator and tracheostomy experience required. BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) required. 2-5 years of nursing experience preferred. Interested?
